Shipping


Our products are manufactured and delivered from warehouses around the world.

For all products, shipping is FREE worldwide, which means that we ship to any country for free. Yes, you read that right!

All parcels sent will be tracked. Once our shipping company has sent us a tracking number, we will in turn send you a tracking number by email. Please see below for the estimated delivery time to your country / region.

Estimated Delivery Time:

a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia / New Zealand ~ 14 to 21 business days.
b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and other countries ~ 14-35 working days,
c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20–45 business days.
Important Note: Please note that all estimated delivery times are based on normal conditions. We experience large volumes of international traffic from time to time, especially during the holiday seasons. Also note that customs in some countries take longer to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains the difference in estimated delivery times above.

Express shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-13 days):

If you have questions about updating your express shipping order, send us an email at sales@w-mart.org immediately after placing your order and we will respond with a quote and invoice for online payment. Please note that express shipping costs around $ 30-50 per item, depending on the country it is sent to.

Processing time:

Please note that the order processing time must be added to the delivery time to get the total time it takes to receive your order when you place it. The order processing time is 4-6 business days and is used to inspect your order for quality assurance, packaging, printing shipping labels and sending it to our shipping company for shipment.

Order cancellation

We will not be able to cancel an order once it is being processed. Generally, if you do not send us an email within 5 hours of placing your order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. However, please email us sales@w-mart.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Orders that cannot be delivered

All parcels that were rejected, unclaimed by the local post office, not delivered to the address because you provided the wrong name or address when placing the order will not be our responsibility We reserve the right to charge a 30-50 restocking and shipping fee % of the value of the goods, if this happens. So please be sure to check your address when you place your order. :)

Individual packages

Our products are manufactured and delivered from warehouses around the world. If there are any items missing from the package you received, don't worry! From time to time we carry out orders in multiple / separate packages due to weight restrictions and to speed up delivery when the item is in our warehouse. Just email us at sales@w-mart.org and we'll take care of it right away. :)

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we will send you an email with online tracking information that you can use to track your package. If 6 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, just email us sales@w-mart.org and we will check it for you right away.
